We are looking to appoint a dynamic and proactive Supervision Room Manager to play a prominent role in delivering outstanding pastoral care. This will be a new role to the school, working alongside our Achievement Co-ordinators, Pastoral Support Managers and Inclusion Manager. You will demonstrate commitment, drive and have a proactive problem-solving approach in support of outstanding student behaviour and wellbeing.

The role has many facets and will require considerable skills in managing students who are spending time out of lessons and need reintegration support, as well as reflection time and restorative support. The Supervision Room Manager will frequently be supporting our most vulnerable students, when their behaviour needs addressing. Demonstrating the ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with students and staff is a key to the success of the role, the effectiveness of our pastoral care and the education and experience of our children and young people.

Care, support and guidance is a real strength of the school and you will be joining a committed team of teachers and additional non-teaching staff dedicated to supporting students pastorally and academically.

Salary: Scale 2 (point 3-4) £24,137- £24,482 (Actual)

Working hours: 36.65 Hours over 39 Weeks (Term Time only+ Training days)

We are looking to recruit a Teaching Assistant to support the inclusion and learning of student(s) with Special Educational Needs and/or a Disability in line with Hayes policy and practice, and the Equalities Act 2010. The role will be to work across the school, as directed by the SENCO/Assistant SENCO, to support a range of students with Special Educational Needs and/or Disability.

You will need to demonstrate a professional approach in all aspects of work with colleagues, students and parents/carers and to be a role model to students, demonstrating a positive and problem solving approach at all times.
